Outfit posts have been extremely recent on the blog lately! They're a lot of fun doing and I feel like it helps you guys remember what I look like since usually you're looking at pictures of makeup products! The weather is getting a little bit chillier and we have a 20-40% chance of rain which is really exciting here in California. Today I wanted to show you a piece of clothing that a year ago would have been really intimidating! Anything with prints was scary to me!
This striped long skirt is so gorgeous to me because it takes the vintage style of long skirts and the modern striped print to make one vintage chic piece of clothing. As soon as I saw it, millions of outfit combinations popped into my head and I knew it would be a very versatile piece that I could wear. I decided to showcase two outfits for you that I loved the most and could see myself strutting in across town. This is my number one favorite! So casual yet so chic and you can wear it almost anywhere. The belt just ties it all together and the chambray is a neutral color that goes great with the print. Sorry for the lack of smile in the last picture, loved the pose too much to leave it out!
Of course we can't have an outfit of the day without my favorite pup! Can we also talk about how cute this second outfit is? A more professional look yet still casual, this would be something I'd wear to work, just trade the heels for flats for more comfort!
